After Mandala Pooja, the temple will remain closed from 27th December 2007( 2200 hrs) till 29h December 2007.
Routine schedule will be restored from 29tht January 2008. Makara Vilakku is on 14th January 2008. All schedules will be normal till 19th January 2008.
On final day of any prolonged session, the temple closes at 2300 hrs, except on 19-01-08 when the temple will close at 0700 hrs. On 19th Jan 2008 morning. Last entry for pilgrims will during the previous night.
As per the orders of Kerala High Court, In order to prevent environmental pollution, usage of carry bags made of plastic, polythene etc are strictly prohibited in Pampa area and all roads/paths to `Sannidhanam' and surroundings of `Sannidhanam'. Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the above areas.
Production/carriage/distribution/consumption of alcoholic/narcotic substances are also strictly prohibited. Those found guilty would find themselves in serious trouble with the law enforcement/excise authorities.
All pilgrims are humbly requested to co-operate with Devaswom Board Authorities, Ayyappa Seva Sangham authorities and Police for the successful conduct of the festival and maintenance of the sanctity of the pilgrimage.
